1. Acceptance
Rose ("the Platform") is proprietary software owned and operated by Rose Tech HQ LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Rose Tech," "we" or "us"), and made available to Paragon Roofing Solutions LLC and its affiliates (together, "Paragon") for their authorized employees, contractors, and business partners. By accessing or using the Platform, you accept these terms. If you use the Platform on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf, and "you" includes that organization.
2. License & Access
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Platform for authorized business purposes. Accounts are individual and credentials must not be shared. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Access may be suspended or revoked at any time, including when your relationship with Paragon ends.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reverse engineer the Platform, use its data outside of authorized business purposes, or interfere with its operation. You may not download, export, copy or share homeowner, customer, lead or pricing information except as needed to perform your work for Paragon.
4. Confidentiality
Information available through the Platform, including customer and homeowner information, leads, pricing, commission data, contractor information and business reports, is confidential information of Rose Tech or Paragon. You shall use it only for authorized business purposes, protect it from disclosure, and return or delete it when your access ends. This obligation is in addition to any confidentiality obligation in your agreement with Paragon.
5. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its software, design, and content, is the property of Rose Tech HQ LLC. Commission and business data remain governed by the applicable agreements between the parties. Any suggestion or feedback you provide about the Platform may be used by Rose Tech without obligation to you.
6. Commission and Financial Information
Commission, invoice and payment figures displayed on the Platform are provided for convenience, may be estimates, and may be corrected. Your written agreement with Paragon controls the amount and timing of any commission or payment, and the Platform does not create or change any payment obligation.
7. Third-Party Integrations
The Platform integrates with services including QuickBooks Online (Intuit), Pipedrive, and Monday.com under their respective terms. We are not responsible for those services.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Rose Tech nor Paragon is liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from its use, and their total liability arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Nothing in these terms limits any obligation under your written agreement with Paragon.
9. Indemnification
You shall indemnify and hold harmless Rose Tech and Paragon from any third party claim arising from your misuse of the Platform, your violation of these terms, or your unauthorized use or disclosure of data obtained through the Platform.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. When we publish a new version, you will be asked to accept it before continuing to use the Platform.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, unless your written agreement with Paragon provides otherwise.

1. Who We Are
Rose is an internal business platform owned and operated by Rose Tech HQ LLC for Paragon Roofing Solutions LLC and its affiliates.
2. Information We Process
We process account information for authorized users (name, email, role); business and transaction data (deals, commissions, invoices, payments), including the names, addresses, contact information and project details of homeowners and customers contained in deal records; and accounting data accessed from QuickBooks Online via Intuit's APIs with the account holder's authorization.
3. How We Use It
We use this information solely to operate the Platform: commission calculation, invoicing, financial reporting, and business analytics for Paragon and its authorized partners. We do not sell personal information, we do not use homeowner or customer information for third party marketing, and we do not use QuickBooks data for any purpose other than the accounting features the connected account holder authorized.
4. Third-Party Services
Data is processed via service providers including Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (application hosting), Intuit (QuickBooks Online APIs), Pipedrive, Monday.com, Resend (transactional email), Twilio (text messages, phone calls and sign-in verification codes), BoldSign (electronic signatures), Google (maps, address lookup, roof data, and calendar and meeting scheduling), and AI model providers (the Platform's assistant, drafting and document search), each under their own security and privacy practices.
5. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted by role-based permissions, and OAuth tokens for connected services are stored with restricted access and never exposed to users. If we become aware of a security incident affecting personal information, we will provide notice as required by applicable law.
6. Retention & Disconnection
Business records are retained as required for business and legal purposes. A connected QuickBooks company can be disconnected at any time, which stops further data access.
7. Your Choices
Authorized users may request account changes or deletion via the contact below. Homeowners and other individuals whose information is held in the Platform may submit requests to access, correct or delete their personal information through the same contact, and we will respond as required by applicable law.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
