1. The program
The organization that texts you through Sunly HQ by Rose uses Sunly HQ by Rose to message homeowners and customers about their roof, storm damage, insurance claims, inspections, appointments, projects and payments, and to answer questions. If you agreed to them, it may also send occasional offers.
2. How you join
You receive these messages only after you agree to them: for example by checking a consent box on a web form, agreeing in writing or in person, or texting the organization that texts you through Sunly HQ by Rose first. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase.
3. Message frequency and costs
Message frequency varies with your project and conversations. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
4. Stopping messages and getting help
- Reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any text, RCS or WhatsApp message to stop messages from the organization that texts you through Sunly HQ by Rose. For texts, you'll get one message confirming you've opted out.
- Reply START, UNSTOP or YES to receive messages again.
- Reply HELP for help and the organization that texts you through Sunly HQ by Rose's contact details, or email admin@paragonroofingsolutions.com.
5. RCS, WhatsApp and calls
On phones that support RCS, messages may show the organization that texts you through Sunly HQ by Rose's name, logo and a verified badge; otherwise they arrive as normal texts. WhatsApp messages are sent only if you agreed to WhatsApp or wrote to the organization that texts you through Sunly HQ by Rose on WhatsApp first. Calls are placed by a person; calls may be recorded, with a notice where required.
6. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the providers that deliver messages. See the Privacy Policy.
7. Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major US carriers; availability may vary.
