1. For homeowners and customers
An organization may text or call you through Sunly HQ by Rose only after you agreed to it, for example by checking a consent box on its website, signing a form, agreeing in person, or contacting it first. Agreeing to messages is never required to buy anything.
2. What you may receive
- Texts, picture messages and, on supported phones, RCS messages showing the company's name and logo.
- WhatsApp messages, only if you agreed to WhatsApp or wrote to the company on WhatsApp first.
- Calls placed by a person on the company's team, between 8am and 9pm your local time (earlier cutoffs apply in some states).
- Emails about your project, including a consent request letter that explains your options for an insurance claim.
3. Changing your mind
- Reply STOP to any text, RCS or WhatsApp message to stop messages from that company. Reply START to turn them back on.
- Ask the person calling you to stop calls, or tell the company in any reasonable way.
- Use the unsubscribe link in an email that has one. It stops emails, calls and texts to you through Sunly HQ by Rose.
- Or email admin@paragonroofingsolutions.com with the phone number or email to stop, and we'll make sure the company's records are updated.
Once you opt out, Sunly HQ by Rose blocks further texts and calls from that company to your number until you opt back in.
4. Recorded calls
Some companies record calls for quality and training. When they do, you'll usually hear a notice such as “This call may be recorded” before the call connects. If you don't want to be recorded, say so, or hang up and contact the company another way.
5. Verification codes
A company may send a one-time code by text or call to confirm your mobile number. Codes are used only to confirm the number.
6. Your information
See the Privacy Policy for how information is used and your rights, and the Messaging Terms for texting details.
7. For organizations: getting consent
Each organization is responsible for the consent the law requires before it texts or calls, and for keeping proof of it. In particular:
- Get prior express written consent before marketing texts or calls, with a clear disclosure next to the consent box. Don't pre-check the box.
- Name your company in the consent, describe what you'll send, and say consent isn't a condition of purchase.
- Include message frequency, "Msg & data rates may apply", STOP and HELP instructions, and links to your Messaging Terms and the Privacy Policy.
- Use your organization's Messaging Terms page (linked from your organization's Twilio settings) when you register your texting program with carriers.
- Honor opt-outs right away by any reasonable means, and check do-not-call status for marketing calls.
- Announce recording where all-party consent is required, or don't record.
8. Recommended consent wording
Place this next to an unchecked box on your web and paper forms, with your own Messaging Terms link in place of the general one. Send consent_version: "RC-2026-10-15" and the exact text shown as consent_text with each submission. Rose stores only the wording the form sends.
By checking this box, I agree that [Company name] and its representatives may contact me at the phone number and email I provided, including by text message (SMS, MMS, RCS), WhatsApp, calls and email, about my roof, storm damage, insurance claim, inspection, project and related services, including occasional offers. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Calls may be recorded. Messaging Terms: https://roseapphq.com/sms-terms. Privacy Policy: https://roseapphq.com/privacy.
Version RC-2026-10-15. Have your attorney confirm the wording fits your business and the states you work in.
9. What Sunly HQ by Rose records
For each web form submission, Sunly HQ by Rose stores whether consent was given, the time, the IP address and browser, and the consent wording and version the form sent. It also records every opt-out (STOP replies on any channel, and unsubscribes), do-not-contact status, WhatsApp opt-ins, and who confirmed them.
